One thing I'd suggest is some shaman DS pots. Not for leveling speed but to help burn down those mobs that surprise you. A 2 pull or a named. I expect it would almost double a paladin's dps when needed.

The Kilva's Skin of Flame DS pots are golden. My paladin on blue used them whenever I XP'd solo starting around L52 and all the way to 60, the expense shouldn't be a killer for a char who is over L50. Note that I was levelling 3+ years ago, before they boosted either 2h damage or knight damage, so the DS pots more than doubled my damage output (had epic & good haste, but so very many misses in melee).
