I would highly suggest Enchanter.
Not a whole lot of downtime due to Crack.
They can solo like a boss Which is pretty active and extremely useful in groups, with crowd control and buffing and charm pets, It usually keeps the group moving right along. It's extremely active and feel very rewarding.
