I have been able to replicate this several times on three different toons. Whenever I'm near the entrance to Felwithe, if I turn around, the game completely locks up and I have to end task. This happens from near the entrance by the guards up to that hill everyone usually sits on (and that invariably has at least one dead newbie corpse).
