Consider the Lighthouse DKP system, they will allow you to join there raids, earn and spend DKP regardless of your guild affiliation ! They are a great group of guys and u can stay guildless or in ANY of the guilds and still win your Scale one day! That's true too. I got my vindi BP from lighthouse and was really close to winning my own white scales with them.
