Erudite are the ultimate wizards. Solusek Ro is a default choice, the god of heavy nuking. Brells Girdle is a good belt.
Solo quad exp is faster and yield good plat, but you will get groups if you want. Get some jboots and get the flux staff at lvl 20. Good luck, check out my sig for a twink wiz leveling route
