Vail of Tunare's Breath
I just made a human inny cleric, 13 and already dubious with paineel!. I'm trying for the Fright Forged Helm. I've still got Obretl which is easy enough, and the Vial of Tunare's Breath. I've heard that the Vial is a pain to get. How rare is it really? I heard it can be MQ'd, is that true? If so, how much is it sold for? Any other tips for a new disciple of despair?
The other Summoning quests are a ways off still. Do you need indifferent Heretics faction to turn them in, or is dubious sufficient? Excited for the inny symbol tonight!
