Of course Norrath is flat and level. That is obvious for everybody. What else could it be?
If the ocean wasn't flat all the water would flow to one side instead of staying where it is.
The obvious flatness is the reason why we didn't dig too deep in Kaladim. We are afraid that me might dig through to the underside of the world and fall off.
