I know for a fact that Mez spells aren't effected by your charisma in PvP on the server.
And i think it did on live. Charisma should effect the resist rate in PvP just like PvE.
Running around with charisma gear but it don't mean shit when in PvP.
Mez is very easy to counter on this server anyway.
