Default Magician and Necro pets shouldn't grow in size or change colour until October 1999

Prior to October 1999, all mage and necro pets seem to have been the same size and colour across the entire level span.

This was adjusted to the model growth / colour change we know today in this patch:

Post from July 1999 stating that necro pets don't change with levels, and that magician elementals don't vary in size:

elementals could be varing in size and intensity of color.

Sword pets could start with small shields and daggers and move up to larger
shilds and bigger weapons.

This would not make the stats change, but would just fix the way they
looked.

Different artwork for the higher level pets would be nice.
Substituting other undead for the pets could work, but if they put in a
mummy just hope that they don't move like mummys. Of course, I would
like to have a coal black skellie with burning red eyes.

Magician pets across the various levels "all look the same":

They all look the same though. They may require different stones to cast
though.. (Malachite, Lapis Luzi, etc..)
