Regardless of where you are in the world, you will usually have someone to talk to.
Originally, we were going to just have city-ooc and not link zones at all - but this was an alternative that seemed to be between the two extremes.
Bottom line? We were tired of global-ooc:

Give this new system some time to see how it works. There will be a
lot more people on the box this next week - it will feel far less empty than you think! We haven't even started advertising on Blue yet
