Wagyu is certainly good, but learning how to properly cook a good chunk of ribeye will get better mileage! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] And while a searing hot grill is a fine method to prepare, it is hard to beat a good hard sear on a cast iron pan and finishing with a good baste of butter, thyme and garlic.
