Mail quest(surefall to qeynos) Plus nestiff's statue yielded 2.5 bubble of xp for level 1 toon.
2nd level drops to 1 Bubble of XP for combined turn ins.

As per post the experience total are for the complete round trip.
1. Get mail quest qeynos & Nestiff statue
2. Deliver to soiuth qeynos
3. return statue to Nestiff statue quest giver surefall glade.
