i've been planning to twink a rogue for a while
i would argue not to get high price haste item since you wont need it after 46 epic. price of rbb/seahorse/cof have all dropped over time. i would just get a SCHW and get over with it.
ideal twink, in order of importance, should be fungi then weapon (horn or exquisite spear depending on budget) then haste then everything else
first 5 items of my lvl 1 rogue would be fungi, horn, belt turtle, lodi back, and schw - of course belt and lodi are just icing on the cake and totally not necessary, but i know i will continue to use them at 60, and plus all 5 items are easily liquidated and holds value quite well
