I'm confused about the whole v29 - v30 thing.
Rogean changed the file location and made it v30, but I don't know that there was an actual change from the 8th to when he moved the patch?
On the 8th it was
http://www.project1999.org/files/eqchangesv29.zip
Then at some point it was changed to:
http://www.project1999.org/files/P99Files30.zip
I didn't download again after the 8th.
I only noticed the change because people were complaining my instructions weren't working with the v29 link.
