Hey folks, I have a question:
Starlink! Spacex's new internet service.
SO.. the FCC "approved it" but.. im like, what the fuck did they approve?
Like, what's preventing him from just putting up those satalites without approval, and being like, "hey, every country in the world, you all have access to my network now!"
Like, cant someone who can put their own satalites into space, do this without anyone's "approval"
I do not know the rules.
Anyone else know?
