Imho epic is highest prio, keep IFS for later use (to avoid DS or ripostes)
You will need a new Haste item once you got Epic, FBSS or Sash whatever you get cheap (difference is not that big) e.g.
I wouldnt buy 2 1handers either because once you have epic you will only use an offhander
Earring of Essence is nice since it is one of the few items that got MR and HPs
Nice belt is Dragonhide Belt, 0 weight, 10sta and cheap (Velk spider fur belt is better but also more expensive)
Dragon Tooth Choker is not that expensive and has HPs and MR
