At 6'4" a man is overweight at 205 lbs and obese at 247? I guess the people who made this have never seen a weight room?
It does seem right for shorter people and maybe even a bit generous for short women. At 5'2" a woman at 134, I would argue, would generally consider herself a few pounds overweight.
