How would a non-evil character without invis get out of grobb or oggok alive after respawning naked?

Grobb is not so bad; the front of the zone itself is safe, so the only dangerous part is the troll guards outside in the swamp. If you can't Invis or Sneak by them then strafe running would
probably work ... but with all that water I personally wouldn't want to try it.
