In reality, DMO had been mulling over the possibility of trying to get raid slots, because we are a small RP guild. Many of our members are not hardcore and did not want to have to get all of the ST raid reqs to raid with them. Several members of DMO become disheartened and left due to raid reqs. DMO decides to attempt its hand at getting into the UN so our less hardcore members can get a shot and phinnys and FGs. Additonally after seeing many guilds band together during raids, yet each of then had a seperate UN vote, we realized our situation was no different from theirs in reality.
