Yeah the combination of higher offensive skill caps, triple attack and crits put warriors in a strong/clear lead over knights using the same weapons. The lower offensive skill-caps in particular will hurt them disproportionately on very high ac, high level raid targets.
I will say though that I have watched one of our 60 paladins put up some comparatively obscene parse numbers when properly buffed.
