I think we'd see somewhat of a curve on Green if they decided against Teal. Initially it was rough, but it's thinning out now and would absolutely give the appearance that things are stable and healthy. However, in a matter of months everyone would bottleneck again at 50...and it would make the first week seem ideal in comparison. Teal will alleviate some of that pressure for now, and they've already stated that the two will fold back together if warranted.
