It seems as if every second thing in Toxx north of the river is an infected rat -- there are more of them there than everything else combined. Since there tend to be few players there, I don't think this is a Darwinian result of people killing everything
but the rats. Something wrong with the spawn table? I definitely don't remember them being like this on Live back in the day.
