I can also confirm the atmosphere in Karnor was extraordinary nice. People played nice, did not steal many camps etc. The game today for me at least felt alot like them classic good ol days.

You know A/A weren't banned from the server, right? We've still been on P99, just not raiding.
So by your own admission, KC has been a better place by virtue of A/A not being occupied with raid content elsewhere.
Therefore, A/A is what makes for a good atmosphere.
