All you need to do is extract and overwrite the files to your EQ directory and it will automatically start working the next time you run EQ - don't need to run any files or anything. If you have .zae files in your EQ directory, that's from using Zaela's one-click installer which creates a backup of your old .s3d by renaming it to .zae.
