I just spent some time in erud's crossing figuring out some spawns, there seems to be a rare necro version that drops the wand every kill. I killed the non caster version 40ish times without seeing it drop a wand.

Along those same lines, there's 2 versions of the fire elemental. The common lower level version (8-10ish) which drops bloodstone every kill, and a rare level 18 version that drops flare stone + emerald every kill.

almost 12 years late to the thread, but hey, figured it out.
Also as a side note, there seems to be day/night cycle spawns for possibly all 25 roaming spawns and maybe one of the static sailors as well.
