Listening to fox news right now and the guy is like, "if we were energy independent this wouldn't be a problem we need to invest in renewable energies bla bla"
And I'm like, on one hand I want to throw this tv through the window because its like WHAT THE F DUDE THATS YOUR FAULT FOX NEWS!
But then again I remember, hey if fox news is saying that then awesome, lets do it! ....wait why are we not doing it? Oh because the left would rather just throw the TV out the window instead of actually accomplishing their goals.
This is how the parties flipped, fox news is talking about everything the left used to talk about (without acknowledging the irony which is infuriating yes, but hey, a wins a win).. but instead of us considering that a win, we'd rather argue about how they didn't want to do that stuff for 20 years. And the result is partisan deadlocked infrastructure bills, while both parties say they want to invest in infrastructure.
