The guild and playstyle are still very much alive. However it is apparent that the "award" at the end of the month part of it all has since ceased. There are a few playing pretty casually still, I myself have been wrapped up in work and RL far too much for most types of playing EQ at the moment. I squeeze in a little time when I can though.
