There's a lot of reasons they are insecure, good and bad. Yet, try and get them to agree on it and you will just wind up with some weird internalized scream of consciousness from several people blending and melding into what I would like to say 'dysphoria' is in the trans, new age, sense, not the classical meaning of the word, and oh my.

A lot of "Trans" people need help. For sure. Just not online on this forum help. The media has also damaged any hope of trans people having cohesives tribes all of their own that 'makes sense' for a majority of them. Example, something trans is generally automatically kink shamed, because of the connotation of '**x type of *** pornstar'. Which god love em, most of them are trans too but they wouldn't admit it lol.
It's not something that should be publicly discussed on a video game forum, yet that event, makes it brought up over and over again (and no it's not my fault I didn't do it) it happened everywhere in media online. People shouldn't live in shame and hide but there are better places to have deep dive discussions about it. Hence OP is possibly trollin here by kind of even engaging in the topic. (But I will always give people the benefit of the doubt and even engage with trolls to a degree). Because it's fun to engage in the free market place of ideas. Essentially.

Also Imperiouskitten does not look like contrapoints lol, both are pretty and have their own thing going on. Contrapoints is some of the best, most entertaining, social commentary out there. Or it was. I don't know I haven't checked her channel in like 5 years.
