Where did the Sarnak Tabard come from? Was it on the dwarf vendor, and when you sold the old BP you used the plats to buy it from the dwarf?

Yep. I literally had no money on me, and that piece ended up being about 17p on the Dwarf, so I made a tiny profit after selling my chain.
