No, the problem is killing bards only raises MayongMistmoore, not AgentsOfMistmoore.
No quest or mob raises AgentsOfMistmoore.
All race/class/deity combos are forever KoS in MM.
I think my bard or one of my characters is dubious to shadowed men. I killed some SolRo quest mobs just to get the faction for fun.
