Riptide Spear Enduring Breath
Anyone know when Riptide Spear had enduring breath added to it in live eq? Was it always an EB item or did it have it added later? It's currently a clicky EB item on live, and all references I find talking about it online talk about it having the EB effect on it, but on P99 it doesn't have it. The stats are the same, just no EB effect.
