Submit a petition in the
petition forum.
Alternatively, if you want to try and speed up the process,
create a new Loginserver Account and submit a petition in game using that account in the hopes that a GM is actively watching petitions. Not something I'd particularly recommend doing though - general protocol is use /petition in game for in-game issues, and the petition forum for other issues, but this issue seems to straddle the line.
