I did same thing I do every time there was a patch, I downloaded the files and copy them in my EQ folder. dsetup.dll is there. I even tried deleting it from my EQ folder to make sure I had the newest one when I copied the file and I get the same error.
I downloaded the game on my wife's laptop with Windows 10, works fine. but I cant play on her laptop, So i hope I can make it work by then 25th
