I am a little bias'ed, I know, but honestly, they are both good guilds. I have met and played with many BG and they were good people (had a few issues with some there, but I have some issues with some here ... that's normal). I would recommend AG because I see what it is like on the "inside" and not what people say about us, but do what you feel is best.
