I just posted the same issues last night. Exact same things happening to me as well.

16GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX 650 TI 2GB
Win 7 64
Nothing overclocked
Using WinEQ launcher or just a shortcut ends up doing the same thing intermittently with both.
