I'm not the one clamoring here to enact a carebear ruleset that already exists on 20 other servers.
P99 could instance - they choose not to.
P99 could enforce rotations in the ruleset - they choose not to.
Why you guys trying to make this server like every other one out there instead of just going to one of those? The only thing that makes sense is you're unable or unwilling to pay $15 a month.
