This used to happen to me. I fixed it by maximizing the EQ window screen to fill up my entire monitor screen. Then you can Alt+Enter back to full screen, this should stop that, or it did for me. When the window screen wasn't maximized, but i was on full screen, if i happened to click outside of what my window was aka clicking desktop, it would put me back in window.. Does that make sense? It does in my head.. And it fixed the problem...
