According to some, Blackstar originally had the appearance of a classic mace. All of the posts were made before the September patch in question, though one post after that point does mention it having the appearance of a Velious mace instead.

The only excuse VI can possibly give to excuse the lack of creativity on these "uber" items is with the graphics over haul on the horizin they didnt want to spend a lot of time creating icons and then, creating new icons again.

it hits like a double bastage on crack, yay variety (no sarcasm there!) i think FS morning star is the best looking weapon i ever had, dark ember looks like a poo, i wish it looked like EBM. wraith bone looks poopy too. stuff that beats FSMS look that i have seen: this one amazing nak hammer from chardok, looks like the wvelium 2h hammer look but it's 1hb, the translucent white block on a stick. aslo, cleric epic woot!

also:
this hammer has better over all stats than the epic, (i'd still get an epic, even if i had this, epic is cool) dunno what blessing does tho

Are you people just plain retarded or what?

First off, If cleric only dumbasses. Second the stats are better then the cleric epic except for the rez. Btw: this comes from NTov, and if you have this, you more than likely already have the epic. I weild this instead of my epic.

Third, there is not cool looking model, it looks like an ordinary mace. You dont normally go attacking crap in NToV, but its fun to use when doing exp or messing around and whatnot. The effect is a PROC that is 100hp group heal.

BTW: highest level rez in game besides a GM 100% rez is 96% not 97%.
