So I guess it's just a matter of bag space and sheer availability, then... not to mention having to drag and drop potions from your pack to your inventory over and over to actually use them. They're fantastic potions, but having to stuff several bags with them for raiding is a tough sell when you can have ~2700 HP worth of potion in a single slot.
I guess they'll still make for great and economical emergency pots for my alts. Desperate Hope is a huuuge game changer at low to mid level.
