I am an Ogre Warrior with 2 x Lamentation. I just dinged 20 and I have noticed that my max hit is 46 with or without any gear on. My gear contributes +50 str but it does not seem like it is making an impact on how much damage I deal. I thought the damage cap was lifted at 20. Any insight would be appreciated
