Can't zone into Mistmoore with level 2 paladin
While attempting to zone into Mistmoore with my level 2 paladin I receive the message:
"You are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planar portal."
I did not think there were any zone restrictions based on level except for the planes? Not this zone at least. Logging to my 60 shaman and zoning in following this posed no problem. I then attempted it another time on my level 2 paladin and was still unable, receiving the same message.
Upon attempting to zone the game warps the character near the shadowed men camp @ -108.8, -1769.93, -1.43.
