Definitely closer to Freeport. With invis you could bind in Grobb or Oggok.

I can fix it when I get home, but that's missing that in Iceclad Ocean you can be bound at the docks.

Also the Arena is definitely bindable before Paw revamp. Guild I was in on Rallos actually made a point of going down to SK to escape the newbie killers. No newb PK is gonna run all the damn way to SK to gank people.
