Dildo had already been offered a trilateral agreement during the buildup of russian troops on ukraines borders, a deal between NATO, Russia, and Ukraine that would have avoided any bloodshed and only been conditional on assurance that Ukraine would never join NATO. yet, strangely, Dildo never told Ukrainians about it and certaily never offered it up for a referendum.
