Think of it like this: you're playing the Starcraft or Starcraft II campaign again. You play Mission 1, Mission 2, etc, all the way through Mission 10. That's Blue server. Then you started it over again, and you're on Mission 6 right now. That's Green server.
Every Project 1999 server will go through the same timeline, as it was from 1999-2001.
