A nice item I acquired when Kunark was first released was was the Gem Encrusted Ring.

SOE later removed the Gem Encrusted Ring, but it dropped from giants (and others) when Kunark released. It was a lot of fun to buy Kunark, dl it, get together with some friends, and the first giant I killed dropped it. It was an upgrade for me! Exciting as heck.
