"account sharing" can be considered legal as players are not given permission to sell their accounts for "in game currency" which immediately becomes real world currency.
its got nothing to do with who plays/shares whatever account, If people are generating real world income from this project, then P99 gets the ban-hammer from Daybreak.
Donations given for operating the server are not likely considered to be income.
