I made an innoruuk worshipping human cleric and wanted to do bone chips. Kaladim guards where 'threateningly' to me. The goblin whelps just outside give a lot of faction with them though. Probably less than 5 minutes to get to dubious

•*Kazon Stormhammer (is this just King Kazon himself?)
• Merchants of Kaladim
• Miners Guild 249 (that's the rogues' guild)
• Storm Guard (guards)
I figure Storm Guard is an important faction to ruin. Here are some mobs to kill, but I'm not sure you're gonna like 'em
• FV Pilgrims, level 27 paladins *also lowers Emerald Warriors and Inhabitants of Firiona Vie!*
