As most of you are probably aware, Necromancers can not lifetap raid targets due to the abuse of Ivandyr's Hoops back in early Kunark. As an active necro in the raid scene its pretty frustrating this is still a thing. It is super unclassic that a lifetap doesn't land on raid targets because it's supposed to be near unresistable. You already nerfed that you can't recharge the hoops, why not fix necro lifetap so we can help DPS and sustain ourselves during raid encounters.
