Yeah someone else ate the HT before you got there, it's a 72 minute cooldown for mobs same as for players. When I am repeatedly lulling the same mobs over a long period of time I will pull them out once an hour, burn their HT on pet, blur them, and send them back so that in case of a crit lull resist I don't eat 4 or 5 HT's at once.
