Rofl, you clearly are not aware of the particulars of any of this. The rotation that had been put forward was a joke. Heavily favored riot, so that they were getting more mobs than every other guild. When it was suggested it be brought more into balance. Riot backed out and began accusing AG/F of torpedoing the deal because "they refused it". But, it was a bullshit deal, that was not at all fair. So ya, AG/F counter offered, not refused, counter offered. And Riot refused that
